LINK&KKMP Partnership Club
The latest meeting of the LINK partnership club took place on October 14th. This time, the meeting was held at our firm’s office, where we discussed Legal Tech solutions, experience with their use, and development.

The meeting covered the following topics:

 

  • What IT solutions are used by law firms

  • How decisions are made about choosing an IT product: buying a ready-made solution, commissioning the development of a new solution from a contractor, or creating it in-house

  • Whether law firms need their own developers and why experience with big data is important for them

  • How a lawyer can accelerate their work with AI

Elena Polevaya, Senior Associate, shared insights on:

 

  • What IT solutions help lawyers in their daily work

  • How to motivate lawyers to use new products

  • How lawyers and the IT team interact at KKMP

  • What ideas from lawyers the IT team implements into concrete solutions

Sergey Polyanin, IT Director, discussed:

 

  • How to address confidentiality concerns when working with AI

  • Why we decided to develop our own products and how this led to the creation of "KKMP.Tech" – a KKMP subsidiary specializing in the development of IT solutions for automating and optimizing legal and business processes

  • How our FileHunter product helps find any file in 1 second

  • What new IT solutions our team is currently working on.
