Elena Klutchareva Speaks at the XII Moscow Innovation Legal Forum
On March 25, KKMP Senior Associate Elena Klutchareva spoke at the XII Moscow Innovation Legal Forum during the session Responsibility of Managers and Founders of Business.

Elena discussed non-standard parties to corporate liability. Even though most cases of manager liability relate to members of the governing bodies of legal entities, damages caused to the company can be recovered not only from them. In her speech, Elena identified those other representatives of management who while not being the members of the governing bodies may be liable to compensate for damages caused to the company. She also described the conditions and other factors for holding them liable or otherwise and also shared recommendations for mitigating risks.
