KKMP advised TCS Holding on its acquisition of Rosbank
KKMP team represented TCS Holding IPJSC (“TCS”) in the acquisition of PJSC ROSBANK (“Rosbank”).

The acquisition of Rosbank was accomplished through an additional issue of 69 million TCS shares. TCS Group total share capital exceeded RUB 530 billion as a result of the transaction.

 

The transaction should significantly strengthen the position of TCS Group on the financial market, including by the synergies in the area of product offering for retail and corporate clients.

 

The KKMP team included managing partner Maxim Kuleshov, senior associates Tamara Kulyk and Andrey Lipin and legal assistant Nikita Muraev, advising TCS in connection with the preparation of transactional documents, and partner Anna Maximenko, senior associate Elena Klyuchareva and associate Anton Seliverstov, advising TCS on regulatory matters, including approval of the transaction by FAS Russia and Bank of Russia.
