A team of KKMP lawyers advised Sveza Group, one of the leaders in the Russian timber processing industry, Russia’s largest producer of cardboard and aspen paper and the world’s leading producer of birch plywood, in connection with the acquisition of three large cardboard packaging and specialty paper businesses - MMPOF Packaging LLC, MMPOF Rotogravure LLC and Nevskie Grani LLC.
