Alexey Khnalkov speaks at the Transformation of Russian Law forum
On June 14, 2023, KKMP Associate Alexey Khnalkov addressed the legal forum Transformation of Russian Law: Trends, Guidelines, Solutions.

The forum was organized by the State Academic University of Humanities with the support of the Institute of General History of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation and the All-Russian Public Organization "Business Russia".

Alexey spoke in the Private Law section of the Forum, on the correlation between fault and wrongdoing as conditions for tort liability.
