Elvira Khasanova, KKMP Senior Associate, has commented on possible developments for Russia if Trump comes to power.

"With a new US president, we can reasonably expect a change in the direction of US sanctions regulations. As a rule, with administration changes, the approach to the main issues of governance of ministries and agencies also shifts. This may affect, for example, the issuance of licenses to Russian persons, the removal from the sanctions lists and the addition of new persons to the lists, and joint work with the sanctions authorities of other countries".
