Valerian Mamageishvili joins KKMP' corporate practice
KKMP continues to strengthen its corporate law practice and announces that Valerian Mamageishvili has joined the team as a Senior Associate.

Valerian has experience in leading international law firms and specializes in cross-border and Russian M&A transactions, joint venture structuring and PE/VC transactions at various stages of financing.

He is also actively engaged in research and educational activities. He defended his PhD thesis and lectured at VAVT and Moscow State University (several years in a row he was a coach of the MSU team at the V.P. Mozolin Corporate Dispute Arbitration Competition). He is currently lecturing at the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”. He writes articles and speaks at conferences.
