Among Andrey's recent notable transactions are: representing Sber Group in the acquisition of a 41.9% stake in PJSC Element, and advising on the acquisition of a controlling stake in AO PROGRESS, a manufacturer of well-known brands such as "FrutoNyanya" and "Lipetsky Buyet".

Valerian Mamageishvili holds a PhD in Law and is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), where he also teaches practical courses. He is the author of numerous publications and maintains a personal blog for those interested in M&A transactions and corporate law. Valerian has accumulated significant experience advising on M&A transactions and structuring joint ventures under both Russian and English law.

Alexey Chernyshev specializes in dispute resolution, representing clients in complex international and Russian litigation. Ekaterina Sharapova specializes in advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including transactions involving asset portfolios, general corporate matters, commercial contracts, and various aspects of intellectual property protection and pharmaceutical sector regulation.
