The Negotiation Process in M&A Transactions
The Center for Private Law Studies at the Department of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, Moscow State University, in collaboration with the law firm KKMP, invites you to participate in a series of master classes on “The Negotiation Process in M&A Transactions.”

The events will take place on April 22 and 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. KKMP attorneys Vladimir Barkovoy and Maria Eremenko, who specialize in mergers and acquisitions, will share the latest theories and practices of negotiation.

M&A transactions are a complex and multifaceted process where negotiation skills play a key role. If you’re interested in how to develop a negotiation strategy and how to find common ground with opponents to secure the best terms for your clients, these sessions will help you figure it out.
