KKMP Partner Maxim Kuleshov speaks at the Russian Corporate Counsel Association Conference
On February 17, KKMP Partner Maxim Kuleshov spoke at the RCCA Conference - Do Not Neglect the Present Moment.

The conference was attended by more than 150 inhouse lawyers who came to discuss the main priorities and needs of the legal services market in the coming year and share their experience on how to develop companies’ legal capabilities and work with external consultants.

Maxim spoke about topical aspects of M&A deals in the current new conditions:

  • the impact of sanctions and counter-sanctions

  • specific aspects of the due diligence process

  • key trends in structuring M&A transactions

  • the applicability of warranties & indemnities

  • specific features of pricing and mutual settlements

The presentation was warmly received by the audience.
