KKMP advised Rostelecom Group on its acquisition of “Medvedkovo-2” - one of the biggest data centers in Moscow
KKMP team represented Rostelecom Group in the acquisition of “Medvedkovo-2” (one of the biggest data centers in Moscow) from Rental PRO closed-end unit investment fund managed by A Class Capital managing company.

The transaction value exceeded RUB 20 billion.

 

The “Medvedkovo-2” data center has a TierIII Design certificate, and is equipped with infrastructure with an increased level of redundancy. The total area of data center is about 25 000 m2.

 

The KKMP team included senior associate Dmitry Raev, associates Anton Seliverstov, Samvel Vartanyan, Violetta Drondina and legal assistants Nikita Muraev and Kirill Grechishkin.
