KKMP Strengthens Digital Technologies Practice with Experienced IP Specialist
Senior Associate Elena Polevaya, specializing in intellectual property, information technology, and data protection, has joined KKMP Digital Technologies practice.

Elena has extensive experience advising on all aspects of the development, licensing, commercialization, and acquisition of rights to intangible assets, including software. At KKMP, Elena will, among other things, support projects related to the use of artificial intelligence and the implementation of internal LegalTech solutions. As a registered patent attorney of the Russian Federation and Eurasian patent attorney, Elena represents clients in dealings with Rospatent and the Eurasian Patent Office. She is also a member of the Intellectual Property Council of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the ICC’s Intellectual Property Working Group. Elena possesses a unique combination of experience working both in-house (for a leading Russian pipeline company) and in international legal consulting. Her understanding of internal business processes and international standards for legal support of complex projects helps to find the most optimal and effective solutions for business. Elena graduated with honors from the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property in 2010.
