KKMP Counsel and Head of Insurance Practice Roman Sadovsky presented on the topic of “Cyber Risk Insurance.” In his presentation, Roman discussed the history of cyber risk insurance development in Russia, the current state of this insurance product in the Russian market, reviewed the main wording of cyber risk exclusions that Russian insurers typically include in property damage, business interruption (BI), construction, liability, and other insurance contracts, and also highlighted several points to pay attention to when completing insurance applications and negotiating the terms of cyber risk insurance policies.
