Tamara Kulyk is promoted to Counsel at KKMP
KKMP Law Firm is pleased to announce the promotion of Tamara Kulyk to the position of Counsel.

Tamara Kulyk focuses on M&A transactions and joint ventures, as well as advises on corporate governance, capital markets, and general corporate law matters. She is recognized by Pravo-300 (2024)  as one of the leading lawyers in Russia in the field of corporate law/M&A, capital markets, energy and natural resources.

Tamara graduated with honors from the Moscow State University of International Relations with a Master's degree in International Private and Civil Law in 2016, she also received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from McGeorge School of Law (California, USA) with a specialization in international business law in 2014. Prior to the formation of KKMP in 2022, Tamara was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for 7 years.
