DigitalLaw Forum
The annual DigitalLaw Forum took place on October 29, 2025. Anna Maksymenko, Partner at KKMP, took part in a session dedicated to the digitalization of a lawyer's work and the future of the legal profession in the digital reality.

Anna Maksimenko commented:

The discussion turned out to be excellent, very dynamic, open and definitely useful. I realized that as a consultancy, we made a very good decision to go into LegalTech and over the three years of this journey we were able to achieve results that can already be discussed with both clients and our colleagues. Today, our development team consists of more than 10 specialists. We are developing a number of innovative products, including FileMaster (an analog of iManage) and FileHunter - systems for intelligent document search. Based on Gemini, we train our own AI model, clearly understanding the limits and possibilities of its application.

We realize that in today's dynamic business, the success of a consulting firm directly depends on its ability to quickly adapt to market needs. Consulting must be flexible and offer services that meet the highest requirements in terms of efficiency and innovation. The introduction of LegalTech has become an indispensable prerequisite for competitiveness in the consulting industry. Ready-made LegalTech products can be purchased on the market, however, based on our experience, the greatest effect is achieved when creating our own solutions that take into account the specific processes and needs of the company.

Our clients are actively implementing AI in their operations.

We are pleased to invite you to take part in our webinar on November 12, which will be dedicated to the use of AI in M&A projects.
