In his presentation, Roman provided an overview of court statistics on cases involving the recovery of losses from members of company management bodies both outside and within the framework of bankruptcy proceedings (including subsidiary liability), examined issues of the proper delegation of authority from the CEO to other company employees, which can significantly reduce the risks of the CEO being held liable, and highlighted some of the most significant legal positions formulated in the “Review of the practice of arbitration courts in corporate disputes related to the application of Article 53.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation” (approved by the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on July 30, 2025).
