Alyona Kucher's Interview for Women in Business: Moving Toward Success
We are pleased to announce the publication of Women in Business: Moving to Success.

The year 2024 marks 45 years since the UN adopted the most important human rights treaty aimed to protect women – the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. Therefore, it is important to talk about women's leadership and the culture of equal opportunities, to read success stories and to highlight the challenges that we face.

The magazine's primary mission is to showcase the professional and creative potential of successful women in business and industry, medicine and pharmaceuticals, IT and law, design and architecture.

KKMP Senior Partner Alyona Kucher took part in the project doing an interview and sharing the story of her career choice, the subtleties of law, her love for teaching and the secrets of doing business.

Alyona spoke about the establishment of KKMP, key practices and projects of the firm, emphasizing that recently there was increased demand for China-related services and growing interest in doing business with such foreign jurisdictions as Saudi Arabia, Iran, Bahrain and others.

What gives me strength and energy? Love for people, life, profession, animals, nature. As Steve Jobs said, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” I would also add to it the respect and love for those for whom you do this work and those with whom you do it.
