The event took place on February 19th at KKMP's office and was unique in its own way, as it involved not just a discussion of various jurisdictions, but a comprehensive study of BRICS and the practical application of its institutions.

Olga Gritsay and Stanislav Chirkov (Kesarev) spoke about the results of Russia's BRICS chairmanship in 2024, the opportunities provided for business by the BRICS Business Council and the New Development Bank, and the successful case of the Grain Exchange.

Anna Maximеnko and Samvel Vartanyan, using Russia and Brazil as examples, highlighted ways to implement the BRICS agenda at the national level and the impact of the national regulation on the BRICS agenda. Specifically, such issues as treaty ratification, anti-monopoly regulation, BRICS arbitration, artificial intelligence, and alternative settlement mechanisms were discussed.

Chuck Peng shed light on China's strategy towards BRICS association, focusing on the influence of the BRICS agenda on changes to Chinese legislation, the level of artificial intelligence development, and the possibility of using alternative settlement mechanisms proposed by BRICS in China.

Marina Sotova, General Director of the Insurance Company Thurikum, was a guest speaker.
