Despite its compliance with Russian legislation, the “accelerated” procedure still technically violates the legislation of the “outgoing” jurisdiction. Therefore, its implementation inevitably leads to a whole range of issues. Those include the impossibility of subsequent “outgoing” redomiciliation and significant difficulties stemming from the requirement to de-register from the foreign register.
