KKMP lawyers advise Norilsk Nickel on the relocation of Bystrinsky Mining and Processing Plant’s ownership structure to Russia
The KKMP team included Partner Maxim Kuleshov, Senior Associate Tamara Kulyk and Trainee Associate Yuri Balakhnin.

As a result of the relocation, the Cypriot company GRK Eastern Geology Limited was excluded from the ownership structure of Bystrinsky Mining and Processing Plant, and its shareholders received shares in its Russian replacement, Bystra Holding Company. The distribution of shares among Bystra's shareholders remains unchanged, with Norilsk Nickel holding 50.01%, Interros holding 36.66% and United Resources Limited (a structure of the HOPU Investments fund) holding 13.33% of the shares in the new holding company.

More detailed information can be found in Norilsk Nickel's press release.
