«Golden Visa» in Oman
Oman remains one of the most attractive hubs for Russian business in the Middle East.

In continuation of Oman's “Vision 2040” development strategy, the state has recently adopted a «golden visa» program, under which wealthy foreigners can obtain resident (non-citizen) status in Oman for a period of 10 years.

Today in the #their_law column we present to your attention an overview of the «golden visa» program prepared by our colleagues from the Oman office of Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel, which briefly describes the requirements for applicants and investment procedures, the application procedure, pros and important legal aspects of the program.
