KKMP Seminar on amendments to the Law on Concession Agreements
In 2023, following several years of discussion, significant amendments were made to the law on concession agreements.

On December 14 KKMP held a seminar, Review of Amendments to the Law on Concession Agreements, in which Dmitry Raev, KKMP Senior Associate, and Evgeny Druzhinin, Head of Public-Private Partnerships in Sberbank’s Legal Department, discussed a range of issues including:

  • New requirements for the financial participation of concessionaires in projects

  • Changes to the procedure for approval of amendments to concession agreements with the FAS

  • The special circumstances regime established by the new amendments
