KKMP supports leading Russian M&A transactions
Kucher Kuleshov Maximenko & Partners is establishing a reputation as a leading M&A law firm.

In the first months since its formation KKMP’s lawyers have supported some of the largest deals on the Russian market, with a combined value of several billion dollars, including:

•    Sale by Wandle Holdings Limited of a 29.99% stake in Polyus

•    Acquisition by Interros of Société Générale's stake in Rosbank, Société Générale Life Insurance LLC and Société Générale Insurance LLC

•    Acquisition by Interros of a 35% stake in TCS Group Holding, the parent structure of Russia's Tinkoff Group

•    Acquisition by Interros of United Credit Card Company from Global Payments Group

The KKMP team involved in these transactions included Partners Maxim Kuleshov and Anna Maximenko, Senior Associates Elena Klyuchareva and Tamara Kulyk, and Associate Bogdan Yeremyan.
