Alexander Anichkin has deep knowledge and unique experience covering corporate law transactions, taxation, structured finance and financial sector regulation. Prior to joining KKMP, Alexander was a partner in the Tax and Financial Regulation practice of a leading global law firm for 10 years, and starting in 2022, he was a partner in the Corporate Practice and a managing partner of a major Russian law firm. Together with his team Alexander will strengthen KKMP's Corporate and Finance Practices and will lead the new Tax Advisory and Tax Structuring Practice.

Olga Zakharova's expertise covers securities and derivatives transactions, structured finance transactions and financial market regulation. Ekaterina Sharapova’s practice focuses on M&A transactions, including assets pool transactions, general corporate matters and various aspects of intellectual property protection and pharmaceutical regulation. Damir Shakirov advises on a wide range of tax law and other areas of government regulation, including currency and counter-sanctions legislation.
