Challenging the transfer of Wildberries domains to RVB LLC - Elena Klutchareva comments for Vedomosti
Elena Klutchareva, KKMP Senior Associate, has commented on Vladislav Bakalchuk challenging the transfer of Wildberries domains to RVB LLC.

In June, Wildberries and Russ announced the plans to merge to create the RVB digital shopping platform. In early July, RVB was created. 65% in the company belongs to Wildberries (the main legal entity of the marketplace), 35% - to Stinn LLC (one of the main legal entities of Russ Group of Companies). Later, a unified legal department and media department were created. At the end of July, the domain was transferred to the joint venture. Wildberries co-owner Vladislav Bakalchuk (owns 1% of shares) has hired lawyers to challenge the transfer of the marketplace domain to RVB.
