Roman Sadovsky speaks at the ICG 16th Annual Corporate Insurance International Conference
On April 17-18 ICG held its 16th Annual Corporate Insurance International Conference in St. Petersburg. KKMP Counsel and Head of Insurance Practice Roman Sadovsky spoke on the key features of directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance in Russia and recent court practice.

Roman gave a detailed review of a landmark court case that raised the question of whether a company (the policyholder) could obtain insurance indemnity under a D&O insurance contract as an "injured party" when its director's actions caused losses to the company (the policyholder) itself.
