Liability of Management Bodies for Losses Inflicted on a Company
On June 17, KKMP Partner Alexander Anichkin and KKMP Counsel Roman Sadovsky held a seminar on “Liability of Management Bodies for Losses Inflicted on a Company” as part of the HSE University professional retraining program “Director of Corporate Governance”.

During the seminar, Alexander and Roman shared KKMP current analytics on modern judicial practice regarding holding management bodies accountable for losses inflicted on a company, and on subsidiary liability for the company’s debts. They discussed key risks arising for management bodies, as well as practical recommendations for organizing the work of the company’s governing bodies to mitigate these risks, and additional tools for managing these risks available on the market, particularly directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance.
