KKMP team advised Sitronics Group on the sale of its stake in Emperium to VTB Group
KKMP team represented Sitronics Group in its sale of a 28% stake in Emperium, an electric vessel manufacturing company, to VTB Group.

Emperium is the first Russian company to organize serial production of electric-powered vessels. The deal is expected to give impetus to the active development of electric water transportation in the country.
