Roman Sadovsky joined the team 17 years ago as a paralegal and has worked his way up to his current position. He has completed numerous successful projects in the fields of corporate law, M&A, dispute resolution and real estate, in addition to his main specialization of insurance law. The standard directors' and officers' liability insurance contracts which he developed are now used as models of best practice in the insurance market.

It is not easy to navigate such a large-scale and multifaceted sanctions regime and keep up with the details of how the sanctions are applied in practice.
