In the Pravo.ru conference Digital Markets and Ecosystems: Legal Issues, held on November 30, KKMP Senior Associate Elena Klyuchareva spoke in the session Regulatory Challenges for Digital Markets and Ecosystems in 2023, on the possible future role of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) as a payment medium.
