The calculation includes data on perpetual futures and swaps for the BTC/USDT pair from the following crypto exchanges: Binance, Bybit, OKX, and Bitget. The calculation is based on the weighted average price, taking into account trading volumes on each platform. The Moscow Exchange reports that the weighting coefficients will be reviewed quarterly.

According to some estimates, the number of personal sanctions imposed on Russian companies and individuals (“blocking sanctions”) alone is now approaching 20,000.
