Intellectual Property in Russia: Finding Solutions Through Dialogue Between the Government and the Business Community
On May 20, 2026, the AEB’s annual Intellectual Property Conference, titled “Intellectual Property in Russia: Finding Solutions Through Dialogue Between the Government and Business,” will take place.

At the conference, participants will examine current trends in intellectual property, legislative developments, and changes in law enforcement practices. The event will also focus on issues related to intellectual property protection on marketplaces, improving the compulsory licensing mechanism, and the legal risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence tools.

Elena Polevaya, Senior Associate at KKMP, will speak at the session “Key Terms of Licensing Agreements for AI Solutions: From Granting Rights to Liability.”
