M&A Transactions Practice Survey for 2022-2024
KKMP was one of the contributors to a unique survey of M&A transactions in Russia for 2022-2024. The survey was presented at the conference Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia 2024 on November 14. In addition to KKMP, ALRUD, Nikolskaya Consulting, Orion, Stonebridge Legal, Mansors, Melling, Voitishkin & Partners also contributed to the survey.

Together, the firms analyzed about 100 M&A and joint venture transactions involving shares and interests in Russian companies signed or closed between March 2022 and August 2024. The survey covers various aspects of transactions from applicable law and dispute resolution to structure and form of transactions and risk allocation standards between the parties to the transaction.
