KKMP Partner Stanislav Dobshevich commented to Pravo.ru on the role of arbitration in the return of foreign investors.

On May 20, the information and legal portal Pravo.ru published the results of a study on the participation of law firms in resolving disputes in arbitration courts of the Russian Federation. The study, among other things, was prepared on the basis of statistics of judicial acts for 2024.

Under the leadership of Stanislav Dobshevich, the KKMP team successfully defended the interests of PJSC IC “Rosgosstrakh” in a landmark dispute concerning the recovery of insurance compensation for railway transport contracts.
