In particular, FileHunter - an advanced file search engine has already been launched on the market, which allows to search for information in network storages almost instantly, including poorly structured document arrays and PDFs with unrecognized text, such as scans of case files, due diligence documents, company archives, etc.. Another product of the company - FileMaster combines secure on-premise storage of sensitive documents with efficient and convenient tools for daily work with them. The system allows simultaneous work in a document, automatically tracks file versions, considers access rights and is integrated with familiar office tools. In the future, both products will be further enhanced with built-in AI capabilities.

The Bank of Russia, in conjunction with the Ministry of Finance, has published Recommendations on the development of long-term equity-based incentive programs for members of the executive bodies and other key employees of public joint-stock companies whose shares are admitted to organized trading, as well as joint-stock companies planning a public offering of their shares, (“Program”) with the aim of increasing their shareholder value (“Recommendations”). The document is part of a broader agenda to increase the market capitalization of the Russian stock market and develop equity-based management incentives. The Recommendations are not mandatory, but they effectively set a “best practice” standard for public companies.
