Elena Polevaya focuses her practice on intellectual property, information technology and information protection issues. Elena has substantial experience in advising IT companies on software development and licensing and artificial intelligence projects.
Prior to joining KKMP, Elena worked for 2 years in a senior position in a major state-owned company, before that - for more than 17 years in leading international and Russian law firms. In 2010, she graduated with honors from the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property.
She is fluent in English.
