  • providing ongoing advice on employment matters, including developing labor relations documentation (employment contracts and internal regulations), advising on resolving conflicts, developing plans to monitor employee performance, advising on hiring key personnel and developing the relevant employment agreements and job descriptions, and advising on termination of employment (including redundancy and dismissal for misconduct)

  • developing long-term incentive programs

  • advising on employment compliance issues, including employment audits
