Senior Associate
Dina Kravchenko specializes in general corporate, counter-sanctions, as well as regulatory and compliance matters, including regulation of pharmaceuticals, healthcare, securities market and financial services. She has substantial experience in conducting legal due diligence of companies in the course of M&A transactions, as well as advising on digital and payment technologies.
Dina has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Regulatory and Pravo-300 in the Pharmaceuticals and Customs Law categories.
Prior to joining KKMP, Dina worked at a major Russian law firm for over 10 years. In 2014, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2016, Dina interned at one of the leading law firms in Japan.
She is fluent in English.
