Kirill Grechishkin focuses his practice on financing transactions, including lease financing agreements. He also has experience in M&A projects, in conducting legal due diligence reviews, and in working on syndicated credit agreements and sanctions projects.
Kirill graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University and is now studying in the Master of Private Law program at the same faculty.
