Maria Eremenko focuses her practice on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Maria also has experience in drafting transactional documentation, conducting legal due diligence in M&A transactions, as well as analyzing legislation and court practice.
Prior to joining KKMP, Maria was with a leading Russian law firm. Maria graduated from the Law Faculty of the Higher School of Economics and is currently studying for a master's degree at the same faculty.
Maria is fluent in English.
