Anna Maximenko focuses her practice on FinTech, intellectual property, antitrust, data processing and protection, personal data protection, labor law (including issues relating to bonus payments) and labor dispute resolution, regulatory matters and compliance issues, including anti-corruption, antitrust and data processing and protection compliance. She also advises on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters in industries with special regulations, such as financial markets. She has substantial experience in working with the Bank of Russia.
