Maxim Kuleshov
Managing Partner
Maxim Kuleshov focuses his practice on public and private M&A transactions, capital markets transactions and private equity investments in various industries, including fuel and energy, mining, financial institutions and transportation. He also advises on corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to the formation of KKMP, Maxim was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for over 15 years. In 2005, he graduated with honors from the Moscow State University Law School.

Maxim is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.

A team of KKMP lawyers including Partner Maxim Kuleshov and Senior Associate Tamara Kulyk have advised Norilsk Nickel on its establishment of a joint venture with the Mining Division of Rosatom State Corporation. For the purposes of the joint venture, a new legal entity, Polar Lithium LLC, has been incorporated.
