Alexandra focuses her practice on corporate law, including advising on M&A transactions and joint ventures. She is also experienced in conducting legal due diligence of major Russian companies.

Prior to joining KKMP, Alexandra was with leading Russian law firms. In 2022, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. In 2024, she received a Master of Laws degree with honors from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University under the Commercial and Contract Law program.

Alexandra is fluent in English and has advanced knowledge of German.

KKMP supported the acquisition by Sberbank of a stake in Element PJSC

A team of KKMP lawyers represented Sber Group in the acquisition of a 41.9% stake in PJSC Element, a leading domestic manufacturer of microelectronics and semiconductors. Sistema PJSC Group, which owned 37.6% of the shares, withdrew completely. Also, 4.3% of shares were acquired from minority shareholders. The transaction amounted to RUB 27 billion. The transaction was successfully completed.
