Senior Associate
Tamara Kulyk focuses her practice on M&A and corporate governance projects, as well as
general corporate law issues. Pravo-300 (2024) recognizes her as one of the leading lawyers
in Russia in the field of corporate law/M&A.
Prior to the formation of KKMP, Tamara was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for 7 years. In
2016, she graduated with honors from the Moscow State University of International Relations
with a Master's degree in International Private and Civil Law. In 2014, she also received a
Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from McGeorge School of Law.
