Elena Klutchareva
Senior Associate
Elena Klutchareva focuses her practice on general corporate, labor, antitrust and regulatory and compliance matters, including in the fields of healthcare, personal data and financial services. She has substantial experience working with the Bank of Russia. Elena also specializes in intellectual property and digital technologies, including blockchain technologies. The Pravo-300 (2024) ranking includes her among the leading lawyers in the categories of Antitrust Law and Compliance. Kommersant Legal Rating describes her as a "rising star" in Antitrust and Labor Law and the Digital Economy / FinTech.
Prior to the formation of KKMP, Elena was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for 12 years. In 2013, she graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University, in 2015, she received a Master's degree in Law from the Russian School of Private Law and in 2023 obtained a PhD in law. In 2019, Elena completed an internship in the legal department of a large international e-commerce company.
