Nikita Muraev focuses his practice on M&A transactions, financing transactions, construction and real estate projects and conducting legal due diligence reviews. He has wide experience in projects related to sanctions law, antitrust law and personal data protection.

In 2023 he graduated with honors from the Moscow State University Law School, where he is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Private Law.
