Senior Associate
Alexey Khnalkov focuses his practice in M&A transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters, and contract law and real estate matters. He also has significant experience in capital markets transactions.
Prior to the formation of KKMP, Alexey was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for 7 years. In 2015, he graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Alexey is a co-author of the article "Invalidity of Decisions of General Participants’ (Shareholders’) Meetings in a Comparative Law Context", in the collective monograph "Twenty-Five Years of Russian Joint-Stock Law: Problems, Tasks and Prospects for Future Development", ed.
