Ilia specializes in antitrust and counter-sanctions regulation, advising clients on transaction approvals under state control of economic concentration and foreign investment regulation.
He has extensive experience in representing clients in antimonopoly cases, both in administrative and judicial proceedings. The Pravo-300 ranking also recognized Ilia as one of the best lawyers in the antitrust legal field in 2024.
Prior to joining KKMP, Ilia worked at leading Russian law firms and the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
Ilia obtained a Bachelor's degree (2016) and a Master's degree with honors (Competition Law, 2018) from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).
