Ilya Sidorenkov
Legal Assistant
Ilya Sidorenkov focuses his practice on corporate law. In particular, he has experience in M&A transactions and in conducting legal due diligence reviews.
Prior to joining KKMP, Ilya was with a leading Russian law firm and also has experience in civil service.
Ilya graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2022 and a Master's degree in Corporate and Private International Law from the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics in 2024.
Ilya is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of German.
