Vadim Nikitin has been advising major lenders and borrowers for over 20 years on a wide range of bilateral and syndicated financing transactions, including project finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, pre-export finance, and general lending. Vadim also specialises in projects involving digital assets, including participation in the ICC Russia’s working group on cross-border payments in digital currency.

Prior to joining KKMP, Vadim worked in leading international law firms and provided legal support for the loan portfolio of a major Russian development holding. In 2005, he graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy.
